No refunds or cancellations are applicable after March 13, 2024.
Before March 13, 2024, only 50% of the package price will be refunded. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the refund to be processed.
Force Majeure:Full refund will be applicable in case of events constituting force majeure, including acts of God, acts of terrorism, or natural and man-made disasters.
Minimum Number of Participants:
Full refund will be applicable if the experience program is canceled by Purple Lotus due to not meeting the minimum requirement of 20 participants by March 18, 2024.
Responsibility:
Purple Lotus and its partners, including Soaltee Westend Resort and Mission Himalaya, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any party not under its control.
Travel Documents:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports and any necessary visas or permits required for travel to Nepal.
Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Purple Lotus and its partners during the experience program.
Changes to Itinerary: Purple Lotus reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities as deemed necessary, and participants will be notified accordingly.
Acceptance of Terms: Payment for the Purple Lotus Experience program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

After breakfast, depart for Eco Farm Home, a not-for-profit organization managed by Mission Himalaya, located approximately 1.5 hours away.

Receive a briefing about the organization's impactful projects and initiatives aimed at supporting orphaned, destitute, and underprivileged children in Nepal.
